Thursday 9/7/23 meet and greet 3:00pm-9:00pm at the Wingate Hotel meeting room.

​The meet and greet will be the usual opening on Thursday the 7 th of September at the
Wingate hotel in Blue Ash, OH from 3:00pm to 9:00pm. Currently have 50 rooms held for
attendees at a rate of $109/night plus tax. ***Note that the hotel will honor the group rate
for anyone wishing to arrive up to 2 days before or depart up to 2 days after the reunion
dates. The meet and greet will be in the meeting room which will also serve as our setup for
the silent auction. As long as we have at least 15 attendees booked with the hotel, the
meeting room will be complimentary. The hotel also has complimentary breakfast, in room
coffee makers, mini fridge, and microwaves. The Blue Ash location is convenient to

-Friday 9/8/23 Meet at the National Museum of the USAF tour and RF-4C opening 8:00am-
12:00pm. Will meet and leave for the museum in hotel lobby at 7:00am as it is about a 45
